George Kolar’s professional background as an Accountant and Financial Advisor prepared him well for a career in real estate, an industry which also demands exceptional expertise, a pro-active approach and tailored solutions. In 2000, he returned to Sarasota to build a successful practice as a Financial Advisor.

As George moved up through the ranks with Morgan Stanley, he was relocated numerous times, building knowledge in the many facets of buying and selling a home – from the emotional side to the practical elements of pricing and negotiating. In addition, he has become well-versed in the Sarasota area having owned homes on the mainland, Siesta Key and currently in east Sarasota. A trusted source of guidance for buyers and sellers alike, George places the best interests of his clients and customers above all else.

Outside of real estate, George is a volunteer with the Florida Trail Association at Myakka State Park. As part of a four-man team, you can often find him driving a tractor mowing and maintaining the 38 miles of hiking trails.
